FAQ

1. How to Apply SIS Leave Online?

All teachers of the Punjab School Education Department can apply for C-Leave, Medical Leave, Hajj Umrah Leave, and any other leave through SIS Punjab Application and SEDHR Website. Just log in and select leave and then enter details and click on Apply Button. Your leave will be applied and Authority will approve or reject the leave.

2. SIS Punjab App Forgot Password?

If you have forgotten your SIS Password or HRMS Password you can select forgot password and 4 digit code will be sent to your mobile number. You can change your password by entering that code. For any help regarding SIS App Whatsapp Us on 0309-1110096.

Other Functions of the SIS App for the School head and SIS Focal person are given below.

SIS Punjab Login Dashboard

SIS Login Dashboard is used by two different users. This login dashboard is for public school teachers and also for the school itself. The Head of the institution will log in SIS Punjab dashboard with EMIS Code to update all the data related to the school for example the following options are used on daily basis by the head of the institution:

    What a great app! I have a small request, can you please add a feature to allow verified teachers to edit their data? Sometimes errors are found after verification and it would be very helpful if teachers could correct them. Many teachers, including myself, encounter this issue. I kindly ask you to consider adding an option for verified data editing. Just one chance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

    Hello SIS Team, I hope everyone is doing well. I have a concern regarding the E-Transfer process. When calculating the distance for transfer between the current school and the proposed school, it does not reflect the actual distance that teachers are currently traveling. According to the transfer policy, the distance should be calculated from the teacher's home to the current school. As a result, the current method of calculating distance for the E-Transfer system is causing inaccuracies in the merit calculation. Please review this issue and respond accordingly. Thank you.     Currently, a dedicated team is working hard to enhance the app's quality and features. Users should have the choice to use the app with or without updating it as it currently requires constant updates to function. Once this issue is addressed, I would be inclined to give the app top marks. Best regards.

    Oh no, I had trouble updating my data. The deadline for submitting income tax details is tomorrow, and this app is not working properly. Although my login information is visible, I can't input or update any information. After reinstalling the app, I am unable to log in now. It's frustrating; I have been attempting to update my data for two whole days, but nothing has worked out. Despite having a slow internet speed of around 1mbps, the app is still not allowing me to log in.

    This app is amazing! It made transferring so much easier for me. I no longer have to constantly go back and forth between the office and school to get numerous signatures from the head on all my documents. It has definitely saved me a lot of time.

    After the update on December 16, 2022, I installed the new version of the app. Clicking on the transfer tab resulted in an error message saying "unable to connect. Please try again." I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the issue remained. Dismissing the error message didn't show my previous transfer orders under Applications & Orders sub-tab. This problem needs immediate attention. I applied for a recent transfer, but the application is not visible in the application order tab, making it impossible for me to delete it.

    Hello, I faced an issue while applying for a promotion. I accidentally submitted the application choosing only one school instead of selecting multiple schools as required. When I tried to delete the application to correct my mistake, I couldn't do so because I wasn't receiving the OTP. Thank you.
