    It can be frustrating when your tickets get locked, forcing you to close and reopen the app. On top of that, there isn't always clear guidance on rebooking and how it works when you have tickets from different companies. It seems like the details are buried in the terms of service, but there should be a reminder to cancel if it's a different company. This way, you can get your credits back since they can't be used interchangeably.

    You should be able to pick which way your seat faces. I get motion sickness and it's tough when I can't choose the orientation of my seat. It's really frustrating. Thank you.

    So, I was told to update the app, but it's still not working properly. Now, I can't even book my travel for May 6th!

    The app is pretty good and user-friendly. However, there is one problem I encountered: when checking the train departures, the times disappear once the train is scheduled to leave. This makes it difficult to reference the arrival time of your train or view any traffic updates if your train is delayed.
