The Salatuk app serves as your companion in preserving your prayers by automatically determining your location and informing you of prayer times and the Qibla direction. The app utilizes a variety of Prayer calculation methods commonly used in many Islamic countries. It selects the appropriate calculation method, Fiqhi school, and Athan based on your location. You can also manually adjust the prayer method and times in the "Settings" tab if necessary. For optimal functionality, ensure that your location services are enabled.

It also indicates the direction towards Mecca so that users can perform well on their prayers. The user interface is straightforward where it has 4 pages: Scheduler, Readable Articles, Alarms, and Compass. Each of them can be used and navigated easily. This application utilizes the built-in compass of mobile devices. It points towards the direction of the Qibla, ideal for daily routines or pilgrimage. The application features five prayers of the day: Fajr or near dawn, Zuhr or noon, Asr or in the afternoon, Maghrib or after sunset, and Isha or about nightfall. Each prayer has a fixed schedule to follow prescribed professionally. It indicates the exact time for the specific prayer so that users never miss one. The application is made with a complete and comprehensive Hijri calendar. It will help all devotees to know what date is very important to remember. There is also a custom alert where users can make one. Users can select the tune of their Athan or call time chant. This will notify them when to pray whatever they are doing the whole day around. Users can modify the options such as Prayer Times Calculation, Timezone and Calendar, Athan and Reminders, Location Settings, Social Networks, and Export Prayer Times To Google Calendar.
