Smart Distance is a component within the extended Smart Tools collection. This rangefinder, also known as a telemeter, gauges the distance to a target by utilizing camera perspective. It operates effectively within a range of 10 meters to 1 kilometer, catering to activities like golfing, hunting, and sailing.

To determine the distance accurately, one must be aware of the target's height (or width). Not to fret! Common dimensions are given as references - a person's height is approximately 1.7 meters (or 5.6 feet), a golf flag measures 7 feet, a bus spans 3.2 meters (equivalent to 10.5 feet), and a door stands at 2.1 meters (approximately 7 feet). This facilitates estimating the height of various objects proficiently.

Additionally, if you have knowledge about an aircraft model, it becomes possible to measure its altitude. By way of illustration, the width of a Boeing 747 is 72 meters (equal to 236 feet).

Using this app is straightforward: Input the target's height (or width), and tap on the screen. Once the target aligns with the two green lines, the measured distance will be displayed.
