2.What is the Smart Fit Nutri consultation like?

The consultation takes place online, via video call with a nutritionist, directly on the Smart Fit Nutri app. In general, consultations last 45 minutes, but this duration varies according to each person's needs.

3.How does Smart Fit Nutri nutritional monitoring work?

In the Smart Fit Nutri app, you can schedule appointments online, chat with the nutritionist, record your body measurements and follow your progress graphs. For more detailed monitoring, it is possible to purchase bioimpedances separately by subscribing to Smart Fit Body, which comes with 12 bioimpedances or separately.

4.What is the Smart Fit Nutri meal plan like?

The eating plan is your exclusive diet, focused on your goal. It is assembled by the nutritionist who assisted you at your appointment. The eating plan has what you should eat at each meal, with variations and substitute food options. The nutritionist releases the meal plan within 1 business day, directly in the Smart Fit Nutri app, and you can download the PDF.

5.How do I know I'm going to see a real nutritionist?

All Smart Fit Nutri nutritionists have degrees in Nutrition and are registered with the CRN (Regional Nutrition Council) – and many have postgraduate and specialization courses as well.

Furthermore, to guarantee the quality of service, all nutritionists undergo a careful selection and evaluation before joining the Smart Fit Nutri team.

6.Are consultations with the nutritionist in person?

Consultations carried out through the Smart Fit Nutri application are online, so you can undergo consultation wherever you are. Our application guarantees the quality of in-person service, but with the comfort that only online service allows.

7.How do I request the deletion of my data?

You can request the deletion of your personal data if you want Smart Fit Nutri to stop using it.

To delete your account, go to the Smart Fit Nutri app, tap your profile icon at the top of the screen, tap My Data, and then tap the Delete My Account button.

If you are on your cell phone, just tap this link and you will be redirected.

When you request deletion, we will delete all your bioimpedance data, dietary plan and appointment history, even if your subscription is still active.

Deletion is permanent, and this action cannot be undone.
