Ugh, the HP Envy 6458e is an absolute nightmare! The black ink runs out in just a blink, maybe enough for 30 pages if you're lucky. And don't get me started on its annoying behavior of constantly dropping the WiFi connection! Just when you think you can rely on it, poof, it's gone. Sometimes, even just opening the drawer slightly to add paper triggers this madness. I've lost count of how many times I've followed the install and uninstall dance, more than 20, thanks to their oh-so-helpful recommendations. I'm certain that among HP's lineup, the Envy series falls way short of being labeled 'decent'.

This app is like the free HP app. It tricks you into paying for a subscription you don't need and can't use. It's all a big scam!

I want to talk about an app that has been troubling me a lot. It's just a total disaster! I've never experienced something so frustrating before. This whole thing has made me really dislike HP. Printing a simple pdf file should not be this hard. It should be quick and easy, just a couple of clicks away. But no, I have to go through a bunch of unnecessary steps just to print a document. I am so disappointed by HP. I would not advise anyone to use their services.

I recently purchased a new HP 8020 all-in-one, hoping for an upgrade from my older but beloved HP printer. Unfortunately, this new one has been nothing but trouble. Even after attempting various troubleshooting methods, I still cannot get it to recognize the scanner function, though printing works fine. The smart app advised me to install the mobile app, but that would come with a monthly charge of $9.99. I am extremely frustrated with this situation and feel let down by HP. I'm seriously considering tossing this bulky plastic nightmare into the trash.

I paid twice for a subscription that was supposed to be easily canceled after 3 free days. I can't find out how to cancel this, can't make the app work, and can't reverse the two charges on my credit card. I've emailed the company, but have not received any response.

This app is really bad. I won't buy an HP printer again. Mobile printing is impossible without using these apps, and every time you tap a button, it takes you to ads for subscriptions. You can't print unless you pay more. The service is just awful.

So I have this HP 5200 printer and the software can't even find it. Now, I have to rely on a Microsoft scanner just so I can use the HP scanner. It's really disappointing.
