Getting Started

1. Download the "Smart Tutor" from GALAXY Apps (or Play store) and install on our Android device.

2. Make a phone call to the SAMSUNG Contact center. 

(After agreeing "Terms and Conditions",the phone number of contact center will be displayed.)

3. Enter the 6 digits connection code given by a tech expert.

4. Once connected, a tech expert will diagnose your mobile.

5. If you want to terminate "Smart Tutor", please tap "Disconnect" menu.

    Samsung's service left me feeling frustrated and let down. My S9 had notification issues after an update. I turned to their chat support, hoping for help. Twenty minutes in, they connected to my phone remotely but seemed lost. Suddenly, the chat disconnected without any solution. Their replies were awkward and tough to comprehend. Overall, a disappointing experience.

    What a fantastic app! I reached out to customer support to update my phone number. I struggled with the steps. The representative suggested downloading the app so she could help me remotely. Once connected, she explained how to disconnect if I wanted to. She guided me through the process of navigating and updating my information. I could see everything she was doing. I stayed connected while making my updates, and when we were done, she simply disconnected. She focused only on what I needed, no unnecessary access.

    Samsung is bombarding users with annoying ads. So many pop-ups show up on the screen. It feels overwhelming and frustrating. MI never had this problem during the three years of use. Many people are expressing their dissatisfaction. It seems like Samsung is risking losing loyal customers. The urge to give even one star is just not there. People want a seamless experience without constant interruptions.

    What a fantastic experience! The Samsung lady guided me through the entire process. She was so kind and answered all my questions. She made me feel so much better. She helped me recover everything from my broken phone to my new one. Us Cellular said there was no way to retrieve my pictures or anything from my old phone because of the broken screen. They seemed unhelpful or unsure. Thank you, Samsung! Great job!

    Frustration level skyrocketing! Group messages are a mess. Errors popping up everywhere when trying to send or receive. Reached out to support for help. They suggested downloading some app for remote access. Sounds good, right? Well, not really. The app crashed twice during the sessions. Here I am again, stuck with the same problem. It’s infuriating! Thinking about ditching Samsung and Android for iPhone. Texting should be seamless, simple. Why is this such a headache?
