That app seems really handy. It's so easy to use - I loved how convenient it is. Checking my account has become much simpler with it.

Isn't it annoying how this app keeps forgetting my login details? It's such a hassle to have to grab a paper bill and look for the account number every time I need to reset it. Paying bills ends up taking so much longer than it should. And now, it's happened again this month. They really need to sort out their product.

Resolution in the app has decreased since the latest update. It now only shows short usage intervals per hour, not adding up the total for that hour. This makes it hard to track the power usage of specific appliances or electronics accurately. It would be great if an option could be added to adjust to a higher resolution for a set period of time. This way, it would be easier to monitor usage and identify energy consumption patterns effectively.

The app is amazing! It's easy to use and very accurate in tracking my daily electricity usage. I find it really convenient to know how many days I have left before needing to top up my account. Overall, it's a fantastic app to have and a big plus for me. Thanks so much!

I can't see individual breakdowns for each day. The app only shows the average usage unless you add a second meter, and then you lose that feature as well. Right now, I can only view the total power used and the graphs are not very clear. It seems like they missed the mark with what they were trying to achieve with this app.

The app was great before the new update. I could check my usage daily. But now, it only shows for the year. I used to manage and pay for both Tiomont and Wintek accounts. Please address these problems. Everything worked perfectly fine before the update.
