Ever since the last update, whenever I try to scroll over the Smart Things app on my TV, it keeps crashing my smart hub. The annoying thing is that I can't remove the app and it's stuck on the home screen. I used to rely on this app to manage my home devices, but now it's completely useless. Having to go through the trouble of factory resetting my TV just to rearrange the apps so it works properly is quite absurd. It's pretty disappointing when a manufacturer's own app causes issues with their own high-end products. It's frustrating that my $3k TV now feels like it's only half functional.

This program works well with many different applications. It might take some time to learn how to use all its features, but once you get the hang of it, it's a really great addition to your collection of apps. It offers a wide range of benefits and is one of the best things that the internet has to offer. 💀RSDINC💀 jal

I absolutely love this app and would definitely give it a 5-star rating! It's fantastic in almost every aspect, but I'm a bit baffled by one thing: the digital TV remote doesn't have fast forward or rewind buttons, which seems like a major oversight on the developers' part. I mean, come on! Those buttons are essential on any remote. However, besides that, the app works really well, runs smoothly, and never crashes.

So, I logged into my Samsung account on my phone, and after spending about 4 minutes setting it up, the app wanted to link to my Spotify account. It opened a web browser automatically, but when I tried to go back, it just kept reopening the browser. I ended up finding my way back to the app on my own, but then the Skip and Previous buttons didn't work as expected. So, I gave up on using the app and opted to set things up using the remote control instead.

Oh gosh, this is so frustrating! I mean, seriously, why can't we just tap on the oven in the app and get right to using it? Instead, it's like a crazy maze trying to navigate through this app just to preheat the oven to 400F. The SlowThings app really makes baking feel like such a hassle. They could have just had a couple of straightforward buttons, but nope, they had to make it all complicated with screens that take forever to load. And there's no option to save your usual settings either, or even have a shortcut to them. Can you believe that? So annoying!

Oh man, what a mess this has been! I decided to give my wife's phone a shot to see if the app would work better on it, but no luck - it kept crashing. So, I took the route of creating an account through their website instead of within the app. But boy, was that a process - the licensing agreement was super invasive! Even after all that, I'm still facing the same issue - I can't seem to add any of my appliances or connect the sound system. The app just refuses to cooperate on my Motorola Edge 5G UW. I made sure to grant all the necessary permissions when installing the app, but once it's open, nothing responds when I try to tap on it. It's like the icons are all frozen. Sometimes, out of the blue, the app attempts to add an appliance on its own, but it always gets stuck on the "getting everything ready" screen indefinitely. Honestly, this whole situation is beyond frustrating.
