Smoothie King - Earn points and enjoy deals

Oh no, this app is a mess! It keeps crashing and making things so difficult. Sometimes the store doesn't even get the order. Then, when you go to pick it up, it's not there! You try to show the confirmation to the employees but they're not helpful at all. They just keep telling you to cancel and reorder, but there's no way to cancel! If I could, I would give it a negative ten-star rating!

Two years ago, the app made me update it before I could scan. But all my points didn't move over, only the latest two buys are there. Even after trying to transfer my earned points, they're not showing up. I think this new version is just awful. I'm really disappointed since I go to Smoothie King 2 or 3 times every week. Now in August 2023, I can't use my $2 healthy reward. I've checked again and my app is updated, but it's still not working. This is incredibly frustrating.
