Smule - Sing karaoke songs

I've been using this app for around ten years now. I sing about 20-30 songs annually. Whenever I wanted to sing a few songs, I'd upgrade to VIP. Today, when I tried to do that, I was shocked to see that the monthly subscription had suddenly become four times more expensive. It used to be $5 per month and now it's $10 per week. The app had some issues with syncing and audio mixing, but for $5 per month, I couldn't really complain. But $20 per month is just too much. It's tough to say goodbye after all these years. 😔

I really like the app because I enjoy singing and having fun. There's just a small problem that I hope you can solve. When I listen to a song, I have to keep touching my phone to hear the whole recording. It's a bit annoying when I want to do other things at the same time. The app closes when my phone locks. It might be my phone settings, but I believe it's the app's issue. Can you please check into this? Thank you.

Imagine being a singer and having this amazing tool to help you showcase your talent. The features are top-notch, especially the video and audio filters. However, it's a bummer that the Android version is missing so many cool features that the iOS one has. It's really annoying. Lately, it feels like they're becoming too focused on making money, charging me twice on my card every month and year. I tried reaching out for help, but their support team hasn't done anything about it for a whole year now.

It'd be great if you could save songs as drafts to finish later and redo parts even after posting. Starmaker can do it, so it shouldn't be difficult. Currently, if you make a mistake, you have to restart from scratch. Editing would make a big difference. It's annoying that once you accidentally "like" a song, you can't undo it. Please address this issue; otherwise, the app is enjoyable.

In the past, using this app was great. I enjoyed the ability to practice difficult parts of a song without restarting. However, the recent update is disappointing. I used to enjoy hearing my voice while recording, like in the old versions. Now it's not the same. The feature to adjust the volume of the backing vocals is also missing. It would be nice to hear myself while singing and have the option to save progress.

Absolutely top-notch! I'd rate it 5 stars, but there's this issue where the music gets stuck at one point that has persisted for two years now. I haven't heard of anyone else experiencing the same problem, and I've updated the app regularly. My phone is in perfect condition and works well with all other applications. It would be great if you could address this matter.

Now users can redo one part and it’s great. I’ve been using this app for years and it means a lot to me. But they sort of neglected it. It's too costly for many. I hope they offer a cheaper version with ads or just reduce the price. $40 per year is a lot for an app. Also, free users should be able to start a duet on 3-4 songs a month while paid users can do unlimited. Many songs are left empty with no one to join, which decreases the user base.

I've had this VIP membership for around 5 or 6 years and it's been great. But now with the new update, it's terrible! Where are all the vocal options I used to have? I don't like the ones it picks for me, they sound fake. The app also seems less user-friendly now on Android. What's going on? If it doesn't improve soon, I'll cancel my membership. And the lag I'm dealing with on every song is even more annoying than not being able to disable the voice options!
