Wow, so I bought this game pack for almost $2000, right? But every time I tried to play, the dumb Facebook login would mess everything up. It kept crashing and telling me to log in again. And when I finally got in, either I was in someone else's farm or I had to start from zero with nothing! I want my money back now, guys! I'm super mad as a user right now.

Oh no, what a bummer! You know, the game is acting up after linking to Facebook. It's causing a loading issue that won't let you log in and play. The most frustrating part is it all started right after you bought the magic berry within the app.

I like this game a lot. I've been playing it for a while now. But whenever I go to a random village, the game freezes. Then, I have to restart it to get back to my village.

Everything was going smoothly in the beginning. However, after linking to Google Play Games, whenever I attempted to play the game, it would immediately kick me out. I would have given this game a perfect rating if not for this issue. I am hopeful that the developers can assist me in resolving this problem and explain what is causing it.

I am so frustrated, reducing my rating from 5 stars to just 1. It's been a whopping three days since I could play the game! Each time I try, it crashes. I've provided feedback each time, but no one has come to my aid or fixed the problem. I've been dedicated to this game for about a year and have faced many issues, but soldiered through them all. Now, I'm giving it a day, just 24 hours, to either get this sorted or at least give me an answer. If nothing changes, I'll be saying goodbye by uninstalling it. This is my final challenge with this game. I truly enjoy playing it and dearly hope for a swift resolution!

You're having trouble connecting the game to Facebook. When you try, the Facebook screen briefly appears but then disappears. Additionally, the game crashes whenever you attempt to rate someone's village. On top of that, you can't watch any videos to earn acorns since it always tells you that you've already watched them all. These issues have persisted for as long as you've had the game.

I downloaded this game thinking it was the other Smurf village game. Turns out it's not. I decided to give it a try, but it quickly became too complicated for me. I didn't find it as enjoyable as the other game. I understand the reason for adding more features, but I prefer the simplicity of the first Smurf village game. I will be uninstalling this one and going back to the original.

Trouble accessing my Facebook account to access my previous Village. Each time I want to play, must uninstall and then reinstall. Playing this game for many years. Recently facing numerous issues, no customer service available. No response to my emails or posts. Feeling let down. Update: Installed on a new device, unable to connect to my Village now. Was on level 44 with over 200 acorns, and millions of dollars. Everything gone! Frustrated!
