The price of the Service is determined when ordering it, based on the characteristics of the Service (category, territory, ad parameters, their quantity, etc.), and is communicated to the User in the national currency somoni through the user interface on Somon.tj before completing the order for the Service.

The price of the Service includes all taxes, including VAT.

The amount credited to the user's account, when replenishing using built-in purchases in the iOS application (Apple® App Store® In-App Purchase) and Android application (Google® Play) is indicated in the application interface and may differ from the amount in somoni when converted at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Tajikistan on the day of purchase.

Somon.tj has the right, without special notice to the User, to unilaterally change the prices for the Services by setting new prices (tariffs) for the Services, available for review through the Somon.tj interface when ordering the Services, while continued use of previously ordered Services at new prices (tariffs) means the User's consent to such changes. Payment for Services is made by the User at the prices (tariffs) for Services in effect at the time of payment.

The price of a Service is determined depending on the demand for the service in a specific section, based on the Basic prices listed below. The Site's software package based on artificial intelligence recalculates prices both downwards and upwards in real time.

Registration on the site

1. Why do I need to verify my phone number?

Before adding an ad on the site, each user must register on the site.

This function is necessary to ensure security and trust between sellers and buyers. Without registration, the user does not verify their identity, which can lead to fraud and deception.

Verifying your phone number ensures that third parties do not gain access to the seller's personal account. A registered user will be able to manage their profile, ads, and monitor sales statistics.

Registration improves the quality of services provided by the site and helps create a comfortable and safe environment for all users.

2. What should I do if I have not received an SMS with a confirmation code?

    1. Make sure you have entered the phone number correctly. Please note that when registering, you can only specify a RT mobile phone number.

    2. Make sure you are within the network coverage area.

    3. Make sure that your phone is capable of receiving service SMS.

    4. Check the "Blocked Messages" or "Spam" folder in your phone's message settings

    5. If more than 10 minutes have passed since the code request, try to get the code again.

How do I delete an account?

To delete an account on the site, log in to your personal account and go to the “Settings” column, then click on the “Delete account” button

You will see a column in which you need to specify your account number. After entering the number, click on the “Continue” button. An SMS message with a deletion code will be sent to this number. Enter the code and confirm deleting the account.

In the application, go to the “Profile” - “Settings” section and click on the “Delete” account button.

Important!

This action cannot be undone! The account will be permanently deleted with all data (ads, money in the wallet, history). It is impossible to restore the account with all data. It is possible to register with a deleted number 30 days after the date of deletion.
