The latest update made things even worse. Previously, other people could play their music on my Sonos if they had an account, but now it's completely isolated. It was a terrible experience, taking me at least an hour to set up and it's still not working properly. I spend more time trying to fix problems than actually enjoying music. It's frustrating that others can't easily play music on the speaker. It's annoying and useless, despite its good sound quality.

The S2 upgrade messed up my Sonos experience completely. The S1 app won't let me add any S1 products unless I upgrade, even though I've set up separate systems. It's constantly reminding me to upgrade and blocking my access to the app. I've reached out to support many times and done a ton of online research. Overall, I think Sonos has declined and I might start exploring other choices.

This person has been using Spotify to control their Sonos system since they got it. But ever since the latest software update, they can't connect. They tried using the Sonos app instead, but it only played 3 songs before stopping completely. They're frustrated because they spent a lot of money on a Soundsystem that relies on poorly developed software that no longer functions.
