Accumulate Points. Obtain rewards. The official Speedway and Speedy Rewards app enables you to begin earning on the fuel and goods you already purchase. Members can utilize these points for discounts on their preferred items with coupons or obtain gas discounts through our fuel rewards system.

How To Earn Speedway Speedy Rewards Points

Earning Speedy Points On Spend

The primary way of earning Speedy Rewards Points is by spending money at Speedway Gas Stations either at the pump or in-store. When you're at the pump you'll earn 10 Speedy Points per gallon of fuel and when you make purchases in-store you will earn 20 points per dollar spent on merchandise.

So if you're filling up your tank at Speedway or making purchases in-store on a consistent basis, you'll start to earning a decent amount of points pretty fast.

Monthly Perks

If you're looking to maximize your Speedy Rewards points, you can do so with Speedway's Monthly Perks program. Every month, you will be able to choose a perk that will be applied to your account which will automatically apply to your purchases.

These include benefits such as:

    Double Fuel Points

    Buy a certain amount of gallons and receive bonus points

    Bonus points on merchandise purchases

    You'll want to choose the perk that best aligns with how you spend your money at Speedway.

    You can select your monthly offer either through Speedway.com or through the Speedway Mobile App. Speedway will generally allow you to choose your next Monthly Perk a few days before the next month starts and during that entire month as well.

    Do note that this is not an automatic action, so you'll want to make a reminder to select your Monthly Perk every month.

Bonus Points

Speedway offers the chance to earn lots of bonus points purchasing various merchandise in-store. This includes snacks, candy, food, and gift cards. You can review the items that have listed under Bonus Points at any time from the Speedway website or mobile app.

Outside of scanning your Speedy Rewards Card before making the purchases, there's nothing that you need to do in order to active the bonus points for these purchases. It's all automatic!

Speedy Rewards Mastercard

You can earn Speedy Rewards points on everyday spending using the Speedy Rewards Mastercard. It's the best credit card to have when making fuel and in-store purchases with Speedway as you'll earn bonus points on top of what you will already earn as a Speedy Rewards member!

Speedway Clubs

Speedway Clubs offer you free merchandise and food or bonus points on items you repeatedly purchase in-store at Speedway locations. They have over 20 different clubs that can earn you participate in and there's nothing you need to sign up for or do on your end outside of just making purchases.

Once you earn a Speedway Club coupon, it will be attached to your Speedy Rewards account. Most Speedways have a touch screen pad that shows you the total cost of your purchase when checking out.

If the clerk has scanned your Speedy Rewards Card, you will see the option to use your Speedway Coupon on the screen. You can also pull up your coupon on the mobile

Beverage Club

The Speedway Beverage Club is one of the first and most popular clubs. When you buy any 6 coffee, fountain, Speedy Freeze, tea or specialty drinks at Speedway you'll receive a reward of your choice. You can choose between:

    10 Cents Off Fuel

    1,000 Bonus Points

Free Beverage Coupon

All of these options have pretty similar value. The 10 cents off of fuel will save you a $1 off every 10 gallons you place in your vehicle, the 1,000 bonus points are worth about a $1 for most redemptions, and most beverage in Speedway range from $0.99 to $2.

So which one you choose is strictly based off your preference. I specifically go for the free beverage which is a nice treat every other week.

Speedway Fuel Savings

Speedway Speedy Rewards members can earn discounts on fuel at Speedway when shopping through other retailer's rewards programs. This can be done by linking your Speedy Rewards card with the retailer's rewards program and spending with that retailer as normal.

Once you hit a certain amount of spend with the retailer, you'll earn cents off per gallon on fuel at Speedway with your Speedy Rewards Card.

Do note that some rewards may vary and not all stores have their listed discounts available. Spend requirements either requires you to spend n-amount or more in a single transaction or offers a reward for every n-dollars spent at the store.

Speedway Rewards Points Value Calculator

Fuel Discount Rewards

Speedy Rewards Points can be redeemed for fuel discounts rewards. This will give you either 10, 25, or 50 cent off per gallon, up to 25 gallons.

Which of the three options you choose will not matter, but what will matter is the size of your gas tank. Since you're saving 10 to 50 cents off for each gallon, the more you fill up, the more value you will get out of this redemption.

If you're trying to decide between using the Fuel Redemption option versus the Speedy Fuel Gift Card option, 16 gallons is the break point.

If you're putting less than 16 gallons into your vehicle, you'll want to redeem your Speedy Points for a Speedy Fuel Gift Card otherwise you will want to go for the Fuel Redemption option.

Large tank vehicles will heavily benefit from the Fuel Redemption option and may want to consider the Speedy Rewards Mastercard.

Speedy Gift Cards

If you can't squeeze value out of the fuel redemption option, picking up Speedy Gift Cards is the next best thing. The value you can get out of Speedy Gift Cards will depend on the type of Speedy Gift Card and the redemption amount. The higher the redemption, the more value you will get when you use your Speedy Rewards for a Speedy Gift Card.

Food & Merchandise, Cafe, and Good To Go

Redeeming your points for Speedy Food & Merchandise gift cards, Speedy Café gift cards, and Speedy Good To Go gift cards will give you a value of 0.126 to 0.133 per Speedy Point. The $100 redemption option will give you the best bang for your buck while the $10 redemption will give you the lowest.

You can use these gift cards to purchase food and merchandise within Speedway Gas Stations. You cannot use these cards to purchase gas or other gift cards.

Cash & Fuel

Redeeming your points for Speedy Cash gift cards and Speedy Fuel gift cards will give you a slightly lower value than the Food & Merchandise, Cafe, and Good To Go gift card options.

If you plan on putting less than 16 gallons into your tank, this is the better option over the Fuel Redemption Option since you'll be getting a minimum value of 0.091 cents per point. As with the other Speedy gift cards, the higher redemptions will give your Speedy Points a better value.

Vanilla Visa Gift Cards

Speedy Rewards Points can be used to pick up Vanilla Visa gift cards. This is basically equal to converting your Speedy Rewards Points into cash. When you redeem your points for a Vanilla Visa gift card, you will get a Speedy Point value of 0.078 which is the lowest redemption option (outside of small tank Fuel Redemptions).

Other Gift Cards

Redeeming your Speedy Rewards Points for gift cards (excluding Vanilla Visa Gift Cards) will give your points a value of 0.0833 cents each. You will not receive any type of better value depending on the gift card denomination like Speedy gift cards.

Frequently Asked Questions About App

1.Can I view my Account Statement and Speedy Rewards points balance from the app?

Yes, just login with your registered mobile phone number and you'll see your points balance at the top left of the screen. Additional account information can be found under Settings and Wallet.

2.How do I view my Digital Speedy Rewards Card?

You must be logged in. You can access the digital card two ways: Clicking on the Wallet icon, then select the Speedy Rewards card. You can also "Shake to Show Card" to bring your Speedy Rewards card up at any time. Android devices also have a widget that displays your Speedy Rewards card.

3.How do I use my digital Speedy Rewards card at the pump?

Before fueling, scan your card from the Speedy Rewards app at the scanner on the pump, or hit YES to use Alternate ID when prompted.

Insert your credit card or pre-pay inside when prompted to “INSERT CREDIT CARD BEFORE PUMPING OR LIFT NOZZLE AND SELECT GRADE”

Once pre-payment has occurred “LIFT NOZZLE AND SELECT GRADE” and begin fueling. Your sale is complete once the nozzle is placed back and asked “RECEIPT YES/NO?” Your updated Speedy Rewards points will be on the bottom of the sales receipt.

4.Can I redeem points from the app?

Yes. First, you must be logged into your Speedy Rewards account. Then select Rewards star icon, and then you can tap on "Redeem." A digital copy of the coupon will be stored in the "Wallet" section of the mobile app after you make a selection. Simply present your Speedy Rewards card in the app at the checkout to claim your reward.

5.Are the gas prices shown on the app in real time?

Speedway promises to provide prices to be as accurate as possible. Prices are updated seven (7) days a week, approximately every 30 minutes. Prices listed are current prices since the previous download; however, the prices shown are not guaranteed. Store prices may vary between downloads and may vary at the store from the prices listed here. All sales will be made at the current posted street price at each store at the time of purchase.

6.Can I change the fuel type so I can automatically see prices for the type of fuel I use?

Click on the Profile icon. From there you can select your default fuel grade.

7.When viewing the Store List, why doesn’t the app know my proper location?

In order to get an accurate location, the GPS on your device must be turned on. For iPhones go to your device's Settings > Privacy > Location Settings > set to "On" and set the Speedway app to "Always". For Android go to your device's Settings > Location > set to "On".

8.How do I enter a Sweepstakes via the mobile app?

You must be logged in. Select the Speedy Rewards star icon, and then scroll down to Sweepstakes. Select the sweepstakes you are interested in. Enter the Number of Entries you’d like. Your points balance will be updated to reflect the number of points spent for your entries.
