Game Rules

Objective:

Build a card sequence on the table in descending order from King to Ace. Each card sequence must consist of cards of the same suit. Once a complete card sequence is formed, it will be moved to one of the eight foundation piles.

The game is won when all cards are moved to the foundation piles and there are no remaining cards on the table or in the stock.

Setup:

Use two decks of cards (104 cards) including all four suits. The cards are distributed into three types of piles:

Table: Consists of 10 columns, the first 4 columns have 6 cards each, and the remaining 6 columns have 5 cards each. The top card of each column faces up.

Stock: The remaining 50 cards are placed in the stock, and 10 cards can be drawn each time, with 1 card added per column.

Foundation: The completed card sequence from King to Ace of the same suit is automatically moved to the foundation pile.

Operation Rules:

Move a single card by rank: You can move a card to another card that is 1 rank higher, regardless of suit.

Build a Suit Order: To move a group or column of cards, the cards must all be of the same suit and in descending order.

Turn Over Face-Down Cards: When you remove a face-up card from a column, the top face-down card in that column is turned over.

Draw Cards from Stock: If no further moves can be made, draw 10 cards from stock, adding one to each column.

Fill Empty Columns: Empty table columns can be filled with any card or group of cards of the same suit.

Prioritize Turning Over Face-Down Cards: Prioritize actions that reveal more face-down cards, which allows for more game options.

Create Empty Columns: Don't be afraid to move all the cards to clear a column; empty columns can be used to temporarily store cards or sequences to make room for rearrangement.

Use the Stock Carefully: Draw cards from stock only when no other actions are possible, as drawing cards can block key sequences.

Utilize Empty Columns: Keep at least one column empty to allow for quick movement of groups when needed, increasing flexibility.

Prioritize multiple cards:

Try to handle multiple cards evenly, and avoid limiting operations by having too many cards on one face.

Avoid mixed suit sequences:

In 2 or 4 suit modes, try to avoid building mixed suit sequences, as they cannot be moved as a group.

Plan moves:

Before moving a card, consider its impact on subsequent operations, especially whether more face-down cards can be turned over.
