    Update: I uninstalled the app and switched back to Outlook because of the problems I mentioned earlier. Several times, I tried to delete messages but they wouldn't disappear quickly. Also, there doesn't seem to be a refresh option available, and the messages arrive with a delay. Although the idea of threading emails as conversations is interesting, the issue arises with promotional emails – some are important (like "your order has shipped"), while others are not as necessary (such as "save 10%"). It's too simple to accidentally delete all messages at once instead of choosing specific ones to remove.

    Two days ago, I saw the read icon on chat messages for both me and the people I was talking to. But now, it's gone. I heard that this icon was supposed to be there by default. I wonder why it suddenly stopped showing up. We tried looking at the settings, clearing the cache, and restarting our devices, but nothing changed. Now, a week has passed, and the eye symbol is still not working. It worked for a little bit, then stopped again. I thought maybe it would be fixed over the weekend, but it's Monday now, and it's still the same.

    I really like this app. It's different from others and makes me more efficient. I can send emails quicker because it seems like chatting. It might take a bit to get used to it but once you are, I can't use traditional clients anymore (they look so slow, especially when looking back at old emails). There are some small things that can be better, but customer support is quick and useful. I am really pleased with it. Excited for future updates.

    The LG V30 was having trouble adding an account due to an error message about needing IMAP access turned on in Gmail, even though the settings were already activated. Despite trying to set up the account manually, the issue persisted. They eventually managed to fix it after changing from one star to four stars and making multiple attempts. They found the app to be pretty good as it made it easy to clean up old messages in the default mode, although there was a slight learning curve to find things. If you prefer, you can switch back to the regular inbox format. Even after cleaning up the old messages, the app remained responsive unlike others they had seen reviewed. While it seemed a bit intrusive in asking for information, you can always use alias info instead. They didn't notice a dark mode, but overall, they are enjoying the app for now.

    Oh man, that app is not looking good at all. It's slow and jumpy and just not up to par. It's a struggle to find certain features, and the introduction is just as bad. The dark mode is way too dim, they should definitely add in a Dark and Black mode. And what's up with all those names showing up in the CC's? It's kind of creepy. Despite all that, there are some neat things about the app. I think I'll stick to using the desktop version for now and give this one a pass until they fix it up.

    That's incredible! You won't believe it, but there were over 999 unread emails in my inbox! I really like Gmail, but things had gotten a bit messy. Luckily, Spike came to the rescue. In just 30 minutes, I was able to delete, unsubscribe, and organize all of them! It was so cool 😎, and the automatic deletion feature is simply awesome 👍. I even suggested having a keyword filter option for auto-deleting emails based on keywords. Fast forward to 2024-02-03, the app is still fantastic. Occasionally, the archive feature acts up, which is a bit odd. Nevertheless, I'd still give it a solid 5 stars. Haven't found anything better yet, especially since I'm using the paid version.

    This app isn't working as I hoped. I wanted to like it, but when I open my Outlook account, messages don't show up unless the app is on the screen. It doesn't support active sync or real-time message notifications either. Even when a message does finally appear, there's no sound alert. The only good thing is the design, but that doesn't impress me at all. I contacted support for help with any missed settings, but they haven't responded at all.

    Can you believe they managed to reinvent email in 2021? I was shocked! Spike is a wonderful alternative to regular email services, offering everything you wished email could have. A few adjustments and enhancements could make it the absolute best app ever. Great job Spike team!

    Spike is the best email client ever! It's so user-friendly and easy to navigate. I love the chat-like features and how it organizes my emails by prioritizing contacts and important communication. The way it chunks the rest of my mail into categories is superbly handled! Bravo!
