    I really like this app! I used to be able to do the splits, and just randomly decided to download Splits in 30 Days. Turns out, I missed being able to do the splits. It's like realizing how great something is only after losing it and then getting it back (kind of like toilet paper). I lift weights and do home workouts to stay fit for wrestling, and I also use this app to warm up before my workouts from another app. Home Workout is another awesome app I use for my workouts.

    Using this app for a month, finished beginners level. Noting many important changes. App is great - suitable from beginners to advanced, can choose any level. Not giving 5* as some areas need improvement. App only says to do stretches but not how many.For example, I could do 10/20 quad stretch in 30 sec.

    I can't say yet if the workout works, I'm still on my third day. But I'll talk about the app. It's great! You get audio alerts so you know when to switch without looking. The beginner exercises are quite manageable and get harder gradually. The program seems well organized. Plus, no ads interrupting your workout.

    You're doing well with using the app, but you're only on the second day. You're concerned about the cost because when you bought the app for £4.99, it didn't mention any subscription. However, in the FAQs, it says that you'll be charged a subscription if you don't cancel it. This is confusing because you paid a one-time fee for the app, and it has ads, so it's not a premium service that needs a subscription.

    This app is great! I really like how it shows your progress on the calendar, it motivates me to continue. The breaks are nice too - just the right amount of time to stretch. I can feel a difference after using it for a short while. Thanks a lot, guys!

    Used a program for 4 months, saw some progress but got stuck on splits. Not sure why, will try a new program. The workouts covered both straddle and front splits, but I only care about the front ones. Also, some stretches had 90-second holds. Heard that holding past 30 seconds isn't good, but I'm no expert.

    This app is awesome! I'm still working on it, but I gave it 5 stars because everything is well explained. The sound effects are really helpful, and it reminds me to keep my back straight. There are videos in case you're unsure how to do something. It also tracks your weight and the days you exercise. It's pretty cool and I can already see progress after just 5 days. Oh, and by the way, I'm definitely not a bot! 😂

    I finished the first day of training and my thighs and inner thighs feel sore, but also loose and stretched. I suggest it to everyone, no matter if you are naturally flexible or not. It's very user-friendly too. The app asks for feedback on the exercise, whether it was too easy, too hard, or just right. You can receive specific exercises or adjustments if it's too easy or difficult. I believe I can do the splits by January.
