    I like the concept of having all the Shinsegae stores in one place and the prices are good. The English guide is helpful, but mostly just for registration. If you only speak English and want to pay with a credit card, it's pretty challenging to select the correct option. Also, the loading time is quite slow.

    Not being able to log into your account is really frustrating. I keep trying to access it, but it keeps showing me the wrong password or some other error.

    Having trouble logging in because the password keeps being entered incorrectly, and even after changing it, the login still won't work due to excessive identity verification. Such a frustrating app!

    If you're able to read Korean, this app will be really useful for finding translations. It's good for words that are tricky to translate easily. If you have a basic understanding of Korean, you'll find this app works really well.

    Received a verification code to update my personal information, went to check my messages and when I came back to the app, it kept taking me back to the main page. Seems like it needs fixing. Sometimes when I look at other apps and then come back, it goes back to the home screen... as of November 16th, 2019.

    Please don't make apps like this, seriously. I just signed up with my Naver account and now when I try to log in, it says the information is wrong. So, I go to reset my password, but even after verifying with the authentication code (which should obviously match my Naver account), it still says the information is incorrect. Then, I try to create a new account by linking my Facebook account, but it says there's already an account created. So, I can't make a new one. I thought maybe I could at least try to find my ID, but again, the information doesn't match. What am I supposed to do? Do they really think it's okay to make an app like this?

    In the US, you cannot sign up without a Korean phone number.

    They kept saying that the membership registration was ongoing, but when I tried to find my password, there were so many verifications and they said the membership registration wasn't complete, asking me to sign up again... When I tried to sign up, it said I was already a member and requested verification again... When I attempted to retrieve my password, it once again stated that I wasn't registered and needed to verify... It was an endless loop...
