    The person who made this app should be worried. They should listen to everyone who tried to use it. I think this app is really bad. I could only use it for a short time. I had issues creating an account, activating it, and resetting the password. The app kept telling me my user ID and password didn't match. It only works on the web.

    The app works well for its main purposes like generating PRNs and SOAs. However, users should be able to exit the app using familiar methods or keys. Currently, I need to use the app's back arrow/return icon instead of my phone's back button. Additionally, I have to open the recent apps menu and close the My.SSS app to exit it. It's not a major issue in the grand scheme of things, but it's still frustrating that users can't exit the app in the usual way like most other apps.

    I had some trouble creating my account at first, but now that I can access it online, handling transactions is much easier. I checked my benefits earlier this year and even applied for my first salary loan. It's all quick and simple. Thank you, SSS.

    Having trouble logging in with the app. It tells me my username/password are incorrect, but I can log in on the SSS website with the same info. Many others are facing this problem too, but it seems no one is fixing it. It would be great if the app had a "Remember Me" feature to save our login details for convenience.

    Updating passwords is a pain, right? The new rule should be letting users change it whenever they want. It's annoying having to change it every month or three months. If the system sent the new password instantly, expiring quickly wouldn't matter much. But it takes 2-3 days, which is so old-fashioned, don't you think? I just installed the app, and now it says temporarily unavailable. Maybe it's time to upgrade your IT systems?

    This app is really handy. It helps you keep track of your monthly contributions and even allows you to apply for a loan. I hope PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG can offer similar features in their apps too. I give this app a thumbs up!

    The app was really good. It's super fast when applying for a loan. However, the issue is you can't choose between receiving a cheque or using an ATM. Cheque is the default option, so now I have to wait three weeks for the cheque to arrive.

    Throwing reviews here seems pointless if there's no one to assist us. I can log in without issues, but when I try to apply for a salary loan, it tells me to check my internet connection. It can't be my network since I just finished work and other apps work fine. This was supposed to simplify things, but this is frustrating.

    I made an account for my mom to check her contributions. I know her username and password because I set it up for her. After your update, she couldn't log in anymore as it said invalid password or username. Now we are trying to reset the password, but your website is asking her to register again. Can you please help fix this issue? It has been quite troublesome.

    I made a payment on July 26 using the app. I got an email confirming that the payment was successful but I can't see it in my account. I tried calling SSS hotline but they keep hanging up on me, so frustrating. When will I see the payment? Why isn't it showing immediately? Also, when I click on the Verify button like you said, it just freezes. No response at all. And you're not replying to my emails either.
