Plan Ahead

More often than not, you can see the level unfolding ahead of you. That means you can be ready to react to what’s about to happen. Look at where the colored blocks you need to collect are and get ready to move into the right position when you need to.

You’ll also be able to see what color you’re going to need to be collecting next. Focus on the road ahead and you’ll find that your scores start heading in the right direction.

Avoid The Wrong Blocks

Hitting the wrong blocks has a detrimental effect to your final score. That’s because it slows you down. You want to be moving as quickly as possible when you get to the end because it’ll help fire your blocks even farther.

If you do hit the wrong blocks, move away from them as quickly as you can. You’re not going to get the best overall score, but you can get a better score if you’re not smashing into things over and over again.

Don’t Topple

Hitting obstacles is going to topple your tower. When your tower topples, it’s game over. They’re pretty obvious – basically anything that isn’t a colored block is going to knock your tower over.

When it happens though, it’s a better idea to restart the entire level than taking a second chance. You’ll find it difficult to get back into the flow when you start in the middle of a level, and you’ll still get the coins you earned during your failed run if you restart.

Upgrade Your Skills

Spend your coins on upgrades whenever you can. All of the upgrade options are equally important, so try and spend your money in as balanced a way as possible.
