Delivery Delivered by Nova Poshta to any corner of Ukraine within 3-5 days.

Payment Payment can be made with a VISA or MasterCard on our website or upon receipt of the order through cash on delivery.

Quality Check Upon receiving the package at the post office, you have the right to check, try on, and assess whether the quality of the ordered product meets your expectations before making payment. You can check if the size and style are suitable and if the product meets your expectations.

Returns and Exchanges If the size, color, or any other issue does not meet your satisfaction, you can return or exchange the product within 14 days of purchase.

The cost of delivery for returns or exchanges is to be covered by the buyer. However, if you use the “Easy Return” service (click the link to watch the video), delivery is free!

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned product at our Nova Poshta warehouse. In case of manufacturing defects, we cover the shipping costs.

Return/Exchange Conditions:

1.No signs of use, dirt, or foreign odors;

2.Tags must be present;

3.Product appearance must be preserved.

If there are signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

How to Use a Promo Code

A promo code is a unique combination of characters that allows you to receive a discount.

How It Works:

1.Select the product you wish to purchase and add it to your cart.

2.During checkout, check the box labeled “Apply Promo Code.”

3.In the “Enter Promo Code” field, paste your discount code and click the “Apply” button.

4.Fill in all required fields and click “Place Order.”

Promo Code Usage Rules and Validity:

1.Promo codes apply to all items in the cart.

2.Promo codes can only be used on non-sale items.

3.Promo codes have a time limit and may expire.

4.Discounts from multiple promo codes cannot be combined.

5.Discounts from bonuses and promo codes cannot be combined in a single order.

6.If you return an item or refuse the package at the post office, the promo code will be invalidated.
