    In the past three weeks, I have been facing problems with this app. Whenever I attempt to watch ads, it always shows a message saying "No video is ready." Also, after completing missions, I don't receive any points at all. I am on a mission to gather as many votes as I can to support my favorite groups, but these issues are really frustrating me.

    The new policy changes have made it really hard to use the app. It's nearly impossible to earn jellies in time for shows with the monthly reset rule. We get that maybe the ads weren't making enough money, so you had to find other ways. But now we can't even make posts anymore. Fans are pretty much forced to buy stuff. Some might just decide to quit at this rate. Please look into different options because the tapjoy rewards aren't fair.

    In my view, this app is just great and user-friendly. The steps to get jellies at the beginning are so simple. I especially like the content board where you can collect jellies by sharing photos and youtube links about your favorite idol. I often browse through all the pictures shared by others. Completing tapjoy missions is also a wonderful way to gather a large number of jellies!

    For nearly two days, an annoying message keeps popping up saying "a network error has occurred. try again" whenever I try to use the app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, even going as far as updating it, but nothing worked. I've also seen other people complaining about the same issue in reviews. My favorite groups are making a comeback and I really want to support them, but the app just keeps crashing. Can you please fix this problem quickly? Thank you so much!

    I give this app 1 star for now. It's a great app, but recently it keeps saying I'm not connected to a network, even though my mobile data is turned on and I have signal. Last night I managed to restart my phone and use the app, but today the problem is still there. Besides that, the app is fantastic. It's easy to collect heart jellies and vote for your favorite star. Edit: Error was fixed.

    Oh, I really enjoy using this app for voting compared to other apps. It's simple to use, and you can earn heart jellies by sharing pictures and videos. I think it would be even better if we could watch more than five ads to get more heart jellies. In general, I really adore this app. 😊
