    Oh, I'm completely smitten with this app! I've had a tough time with running, but I really wanted to keep up with my cardio workout when all the pools shut down. So, I stumbled upon this app and was drawn to how it gradually increased running durations but also included breaks in between. The cool thing about this app is that you can choose a time target to aim for. But hey, heads up: achieving those targets depends on hitting the earlier running goals. My only gripe is that I can't jump forward to a more demanding time goal, or even preview the upcoming runs.

    I like the app overall. There are a few things I don't like about it. For one, you can't skip ahead in the training exercises without completing them. It doesn't show your speed during runs and I'm not sure if it tells you the exact running time or if it just lists the required training. When I joined the 30-minute run, I thought it would be continuous but it turned out to be split into 10 and 20 minutes. Despite this, it worked well and got me up and moving! One suggestion I have is to add more motivation in the voice coaching.

It also tracks your route and average pace. If you upgrade to the paid version, you get even more stats, but the free version still offers an amazing experience.     The app didn't clearly show the intervals. I tried it four times. It was good two times, but failed the other two times. When it worked, a woman's voice confirmed all was well. But when it failed, there was no voice, and the intervals only changed when I looked at my phone, so the timing was inconsistent.

    Using the app for my runs has been a bit of a hit and miss. Level 1 was too easy with only 1 minute on and 1 minute off. Level 2 is better and more challenging, but the app won't let me record my run properly. It keeps stopping randomly during my run. I paid £2.99 hoping that I could use it to track my progress each week, but out of the 5 sessions I've done, the app only registered 2 as completed. It would be really good if it actually worked correctly.

    I love this app! It's user-friendly and helps me enjoy my music while keeping up with my training. It notifies me when I'm at the halfway point, so if I'm not doing a loop, I know when to turn back. I pay for it to keep track of my records. The only drawback is that the GPS isn't always accurate, so I feel like I'm paying for something that's not perfect. But it was just a one-time payment of $9.99, so it's not too expensive. This format helped me complete each level within one month. I always make sure not to eat anything about an hour before my training session. If I do, I feel something strange happening in my stomach while I'm running. After my workout, I make sure to drink plenty of water to keep myself hydrated and recover well. My personal best so far is running 15 kilometers in just 110 minutes.

    I really love this app and all the cool stuff it can do. I've been using it since the summer of 2022, but things got a bit wonky when I upgraded to the paid version back in January. The GPS starts acting all weird, and by the time I finish my workout, it shows that I've either barely run at all or somehow covered a whopping 600 miles! I'm not exactly sure if it's a problem with the paid version or maybe because I switched from an iPhone to an Android phone, but either way, it's super frustrating and kind of a bummer!

    So, I'm using this app, right? And I'm really close to finishing my run when all of a sudden, it shuts down. I'm like, "Wait, how long have I been running?" I check, and the app is nowhere to be seen. Who knows how long it's been closed before I noticed! And the worst part is if the app closes, it doesn't even keep track of your run. It's so frustrating! And on top of that, you can't even resume from where you left off in your run. Like, come on! Can the app at least let me go back to where I was before it just shut down out of the blue? Maybe then, it would actually get a higher rating from me.
