1. Change your email address or password

To change the email or password associated with your account:

   1. From a Web browser and login to your account.

   2. Beside your current e-mail address or password, select "Edit".

   3. Enter your new e-mail address or password, confirm password and save.

Note: Your new e-mail address or password will be automatically assigned to your other existing Stingray account subscriptions.

2. Can I Listen to Stingray Music on Sonos

The Stingray Music app is currently no longer supported on Sonos.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause and understand that this may be disappointing for our listeners.

We are hopeful to reintroduce this feature in the future. In the meantime, you can still enjoy Stingray Music on wireless speakers by connecting via Bluetooth.

3. Mobile app playback and connection issues

If you are having an issue playing Stingray Music on a mobile device, try these tips:

   1. Restart the Stingray Music mobile app

   2. Close any other apps that you are not using

   3. Uninstall and reinstall the app

   4. Make sure you have the most updated version of the app

   5. Check that your device meets the minimum requirements

   6. Ensure that you do not have the battery-saving mode enabled on your device

   7. Ensure that you do not have a VPN connection on your device

   8. Check your network connection

Please note that the Stingray Music mobile app needs a stable connection to function properly and that carrier coverage can vary a lot when on the road or covering large distances.
