Stix - Loyalty program platform

Stix is a loyalty program platform. You shop at major brands to earn Stix points and exchange your Stix for prizes or discounts on the Stix app. Earn Stix by shopping at Pão de Açúcar, Extra, Droga Raia, Drogasil, Sodimac, C&A, and Shell Box. And if you have an Itaú credit card, you can transfer your points for free to use on Stix.

• Your Stix expire only once a year, and we notify you so you don't miss out on any.

• You can send Stix to other Stix accounts for free, all through the app.

How do I change/update my registration data?

If you are logged in to the Stix app, you can change your phone and email by clicking on "More" and then "My details". Select the data you want to change, edit, and click "Confirm and continue" to complete the change.

Attention : the new data cannot be used by another Stix registration.

If you can't log into your Stix account and need to update your name and/or date of birth, it's very easy too, just send a message to our WhatsApp on 4007 1607 or by clicking on the Whatsapp Stix link.

Send us the new data you want to include in your account and, for security reasons, we need you to attach a legible photo of your valid driver's license or ID, front and back and with a file size of up to 20MB. If everything is ok, we will send the response to your email address registered with Stix within 1 business day.

What are Stix's main deadlines?

At Stix we work to carry out each order or transaction as quickly as possible.

The following deadlines are Stix's turnaround time limits:

• Help Center turnaround: up to 5 business days

• Stix credit after reaching a goal: 48 working hours (if participant has followed the partner's rules)

• Crediting and debiting stix points after sending stix to another Stix account: 48 hours.
