FAQ
As a Buyer, can I request StockX ship to APO, FPO and DPO Address, or a PO Box?
StockX cannot support APO, FPO, DPO addresses, or a PO Box at this time as we are primarily shipping with UPS. This applies to both Buyers and Sellers. We are exploring future options to be able to accommodate our customers at these locations.
How does shipping on StockX work for Sellers?
Once a Buyer has purchased an item on the StockX platform, you as a Seller will receive an email confirmation with your shipping deadline included. This information can also be found in your account under the Selling > Pending portion of your sales page.
When you check your pending sales, StockX will also provide a shipping label and an invoice for you to print out.
The invoice is placed inside your box with your item so that StockX staff can verify the item being sent
The shipping label should be attached to the exterior of the box so it can be scanned in when you drop it off at the shipping location
In general, you're expected to print out your label and invoice, package your item, and drop it off at StockX's requested shipping carrier within two business days of a sale taking place on StockX.
As a Buyer, what are my delivery options if my shipping carrier is FedEx?
FedEx may allow Buyers some options when getting their package from StockX delivered, and in general these options are:
- Appointment delivery
- Delivery date scheduling
- Time of delivery
If you use a shipping provider's tools to alter your delivery address (address change, delivery window), then that package will no longer be eligible to file a claim through StockX in the result of it not being delivered or being delivered damaged.
StockX does not have the ability to make these changes for you. Any desired changes must be made through FedEx's website. More information on how to make changes and what options are available to you can be found at: FedEx Delivery Manager
