Stremio is a video streaming platform that enables users to view and manage video content across various services such as movies, series, live television, and video channels. How to Install Stremio

Installing Stremio is fairly straightforward. Since you don’t need to pay for a subscription, you can simply download the app, sign up (or use the guest login option) and start streaming all your favorite movies:

Download and Install Stremio

Download Stremio for your device from the download page on the website. Launch the Stremio setup file and follow the instructions to install Stremio.

Launch the Stremio App

Launch the Stremio app once it’s installed. Select one of the options for signing up, or select “guest login.” Clicking on “sign up” will log you in to your Stremio account automatically.

Start Streaming Content

With the Stremio app installed on your device, you can now start streaming content. However, there’s more to using Stremio than just selecting a movie or TV show.

2. Why Addon is not available?

Most of the Addons is created and hosted by our community. Stremio doesn't control them so we are not able to check why some Addons aren't available now.

3. How Stremio Makes Money?

In the past, we used to run non-intrusive display ads through various networks. Because of the poor quality, we stopped doing this.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may not see that many third party ads, but you should have seen some at some point.

Furthermore, the team behind Stremio also handles software development for AdEx, which is how it gets further income. However, there are 5 dedicated Stremio developers, two of them working on QA and improving dev experience of addons, and the rest sharing duties between our upcoming open-source web version, the Android app and the desktop app.
