    The programs and prioritization are good. It would be helpful to have the ability to skip poses or remove them from your program instantly, instead of only being able to swap them out. The stretches provided are basic, which is beneficial for beginners. However, it lacks advanced instructions or health warnings for common issues like scoliosis. It would also be nice to have the option to change the duration of exercises universally. It syncs with Google Fit.

    So, I really like this app because it's an easy way to do some basic stretching and exercise at home. I did find that the ads can be a bit confusing when you're just starting to use the app. Once, I clicked on "discover" and got stuck listening to this really long ad that seemed like it was part of the app, and it lasted for like 20 minutes! It won't happen again though, if something starts to seem like one of those ads, I'm going straight back.
