1 month ago Updated
You can report a wet paper via your Stuff Account. If you are using this option for the first time, simply click the "Sign up" button (as shown below) and follow the instructions online to create your Stuff Account. You will need your Subscriber ID and Surname to register (your Subscriber ID is located on your invoice in the top right hand corner).
Simply visit accounts.stuff.co.nz and click on the "Newspaper self-service" tab to report your delivery issue.
If you are not able to do this online, you can call us 0800 339 000 and use our automated phone self-service system to report a wet paper, or you can speak to someone from our Customer Care team.
You can also email subscribers@stuff.co.nz to report a wet paper.
If your newspaper is not readable, you won’t be charged - you will receive a credit or an extension to your newspaper subscription.
You can also access the digital edition of your newspaper via our website PressReader.com. Please note the complimentary access is only for the day(s) you receive a Printed Edition of your publication.
Remember as part of your subscription, you also have access to thepost.co.nz, thepress.co.nz & waikatotimes.co.nz where you can access all of Stuff's digital publications including Sunday Star-Times and all regional publications. For Monday - Saturday subscribers, simply log in or register for a Stuff account and your unlimited access will automatically be granted.

How do I find local death notices?
We’ve added a button to all our regional mastheads which directly links to local death notices. For example, if you’re looking for death notices in Timaru, head to the main menu in the top left, open regions, choose Timaru Herald, and then open up death notices. Look for this purple button.
Why do I have to sign in to do the quiz?
Signing in to Stuff has always been required for some features, such as commenting, and receiving our Stuff Daily newsletter. We’re simply now extending the sign-in scope across the site. It will allow us over time to see how popular certain content and features are on the site, and to serve you with a more personalised experience. One personalised new feature is removing the bold headlines on stories that you’ve already read so you can quickly move to the stories you haven’t yet caught up on.
Where is regional news?
You’ve flagged that our amazing regional titles such as Taranaki Daily News and Nelson Mail weren’t easy to find, so we’ve updated the main menu on the top left to specifically highlight Regions and make finding the news that matters to you and your community just a couple of clicks away.
