If you haven't received your rewards for completing the Tapjoy Offers, you should contact the Tapjoy Support Team. Please note that all offers, payments, and accrual of rewards are processed on their side.

My Style Score hasn't changed for a long time. Is it fine?

The style score is recalculated after each voting outcome is published, taking into account the score you obtain for each challenge rather than your placement. As you participate in more challenges, the fluctuations in your average score become progressively less noticeable. 

I’ve accidentally purchased an item. Can I get a refund for it?

We can't revert the purchase made in the game (and return the currency you've spent) as it increases your wardrobe value and your level in the game. There is no technical possibility for us to remove items from your wardrobe at any stage of the gameplay.

I’ve created a look for a challenge and the submit button is not available. What should I do?

In such cases, make sure you’ve fulfilled both the Glamour Points and dress code requirement(s) for the challenge. Please note that you should use only the items listed in the dress code requirement(s).

Also, make sure the model is wearing some type of shoes, a top and a bottom (even if the model is wearing a corset or overskirt). 

I’ve created a look and purchased items, but my look wasn't submitted for voting. What should I do?

Even if you weren't able to submit a look for a challenge, the items you purchased for it are added to your wardrobe. You can use them in a different challenge (or the same, if it is still active), and their value will count towards Glamour Points as well.

If you do not see your purchased items in the wardrobe or the issue seems frequent, please contact us.

How to earn in-game currency

If you run out of in-game currency, you can always purchase them in the bank. 

Also, you can earn more Coins and Gems by participating in voting, watching rewarded videos, collecting Season Pass rewards and daily gifts, and completing challenges daily to keep the streak going.

Additionally, there are special Tapjoy offers to earn Gems by completing tasks provided by Tapjoy.

How to change the account name and avatar

To change your account name and model's appearance, please click your avatar on the top left side of the main page or on the farthest right side of the bottom menu bar. You will see your account information, including your name, and a pencil icon will be beside it. You should click that to enter a new name and save it. It will be updated right away. 

As for the model, you can click the clothes icon on the top right corner of the screen, below your balance indicator. There you will have the option to choose the desired clothes, make-up, and hair.

How to cancel the weekly subscription

The subscriptions are managed by iTunes and Google Play Store, so subscription cancellation is managed outside the SUITSME game.

To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions outlined for each platform:

    Canceling via Google Play store (Android):

The Google Play Store allows Android users to make payments for recurring charges or subscriptions. The Google Play Store charges your specified payment method automatically on the same date for each billing period.

To cancel your subscription, log in to Subscriptions and Services. Find the subscription you would like to cancel and select “manage” and then select “cancel the subscription.” 

Please note that subscription cancellations cannot be undone, though you can always re-subscribe in the future. More updated information can be found on Google Payments' own page.

    Canceling via iTunes (iOS):

Like the Google Play Store, the App Store allows iOS users to make payments for recurring charges or subscriptions. The App Store charges your specified payment method automatically on the same date for each billing period. Apple requires you to cancel at least 24 hours before your subscription/trial period ends. If you cancel on the LAST day of your subscription/trial, your subscription will renew automatically.

To cancel your subscription on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, please open the Settings app on your iOS device:

   - Go to Settings app > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.

   - Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.

   - Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID (or use Face ID if available).

   - Tap “Subscriptions” and select the subscription you would like to cancel.

   - Select “Cancel Subscription” and then “Confirm.”

After your current period ends, Apple will no longer bill you for that subscription. Please note that subscription cancellations cannot be undone, though you can always re-subscribe in the future. More updated information about managing your iOS subscriptions is available on Apple's website.
