Before factory resetting your phone, ensure that the default backup folder is located on your external SD card. Otherwise, transfer the entire backup folder (typically named "SmsContactsBackup") to your external SD card.

Following Android M 6.0 updates, accessibility to bookmarks from third-party applications has been disabled, making it impossible for Super Backup to back up and restore bookmarks.
★Crucial Note #3
If you schedule automatic backups and use apps like Task Killer or Memory Clear, don't forget to whitelist or add Super Backup to their Ignore list. Failure to do so may prevent Super Backup from running in the background, thus disrupting automatic backups.

After completing the SMS restoration process but not seeing the messages in your default SMS app, consider rebooting your device.
