Turtle Golem Guide

The Turtle Golem is the boss of Turtle Village. The boss fights consists of him charging and bouncing off walls and you hitting him when he is stunned. After the opening cutscene finishes, jump to the left or right to minimize the distance he travels. Immediately punch him. Jump to the side, at an angle where he can travel without hitting a pillar directly next to him. If he is at an angle where he would hit a pillar he goes across the map instead, wasting a lot of time. Jump over him as he approaches you so you don't take damage and go to the location where he will be stunned for the second time. It's possible for him to go a third time, but if you're going for WR this would be a reset point. Repeat for the third cycle, collecting 1 or 2 coins along the way (you may also need to get one in cycle 2) so you don't die. This time he will usually move 3 or 4 times. Hit him as quickly as possible. You will be launched backwards into the centre. Stay directly in the centre so you can quicly pick up the key. When the line to the cage appears long jump in that direction, do a quick double jump onto the shell, followed by a double jump towards the cage. Punch the cage as quickly as possible.
