Gameplay Overview

You navigate a small cat inspired by a well-known Japanese emoji. Your mission is to rescue the world from the evil troll chicken that has turned its inhabitants malevolent. Syobon Action serves as a parody Jump 'n' Run game. The traps differ significantly from those found in typical jump and run games. It requires skill, creativity, and strong nerves, as the frustration can be high at times, which only adds to the game's addictive nature.

Developed by a Japanese creator known as ちく (Chiku) within three days in February 2007, Syobon Action was influenced by a flash game called The Big Adventure of a Dead End Life (人生ｵﾜﾀ＼(^o^)／の大冒険 Jinsei Owata no Daibōken?), which gained popularity among users on the text board 2chan.
