To open an e-Mola account you must follow the following steps: Step 1: Have a Movitel 86/87 SIM card properly registered Step 2: Receive any amount via - Transfer from the e-Mola to your Movitel number - Transfer from M-Pesa or Mkesh - Bank transfer - Make a deposit at an e-Mola Agent - Receive money sent from Hello Paisa (South Africa) - Receive salary in your number 86/87 Step 3: Enter *898# Step 4: Set up your PIN (your PIN must be unique, secure and private) Step 5: Start enjoying the best mobile wallet at the best rates. For cases of customers with a balance of less than 10,000MT, they must follow the following instructions: enter *898# and select option 10. My account and then option 5. Reset PIN, choose option 2. Reset Pin and follow the instructions. The client can disable this function if it does not want to use it. For cases of customers with a balance equal to or greater than 10,000MT, they must go to the nearest Store with one of their valid documents (ID, passport, driving license, ...), to fill out the form and receive assistance. Note: If the client does not want to use this Redifinir PIN function, the client can disable the function with the following statement: type *898# and select option 10. My account and then option 5. Reset PIN, choose option 1. Disable and follow the instructions.

If your account is blocked by entering the wrong PIN multiple times 1. If the account has a balance of less than 1,000MT, you can call the customer line or go to the store for assistance. 2. If the account has a balance of more than 1,000MT, go to the nearest store with your valid document (ID, passport, driving license, ...) for further support.

    I really love this app. I mostly use my Movitel line for internet in the modem. It's convenient because I don't have to keep removing and changing the line when I switch to using the internet.

    Hey, everyone! Some of us aren't fans of dubbed movies. Personally, I enjoy watching English movies with subtitles. While it's a good app, there's definitely room for improvement. Also, it'd be great if they could remember to include the option to display subtitles.
