It keeps loading when I try to sign in with Google.

In order to connect your account to our servers, we link your session to Google.

In this part, if after clicking on 'Sign in with Google' and selecting your Gmail account, it stays charging the ball it is due to the following causes:

1.- There is no Internet connection. Verify that you have access to the internet, if there is not, it is not possible to Sign in with Google.

2.- Google Play Services are not updated.- Google Play Services provide functions such as authentication for Google services, necessary in this case. Apps might not work properly if you uninstall or aren't up to date with Play services.

I am not connected after logging in.

If when I open the App, when I want to claim a daily reward, when I try to access the Store or the Inventory I do not have a connection, it is because of the following:

1.- There is no Internet connection. Verify that you have access to the internet, if there is not, it is not possible to access this part of the application.

2.- There is no connection with our service.- You try to connect from another network or another internet provider. You can check if there is no block by using a VPN.

3.- You need to log in again.- Try to log out and go back to 'Sign in with Google'.

I uninstalled the App or changed my phone, why don't my games appear?

Games are saved to your device. We don't sync or save any data, so if you delete or uninstall the app cache, you'll delete any games you have generated. Signing in with a Google Account is solely for storing the items in your inventory and recording your coin transactions.

Similarly, if you switch devices and sign in with your account on the new device, the games on the old device will not be available. Also, if you change accounts on your device, the games from the previous account will only be available with the one you created them with.

We hope in the future to be able to add some form of synchronization or saving of games, but for now it is a service that we cannot maintain.
