Supra eKEY® - Lockbox key management & updates

The update to the software has turned into a nightmare! I stood at the doors, ready to show, and the app just froze. Sometimes it goes completely black. It's beyond frustrating, not just for me but for my buyers too. Yesterday topped everything! After 15 minutes of battling with the app, which was still unresponsive, I had to call the listing agent to see if the seller was nearby to help us get in. No answers or solutions from Support have come through. It feels like I'm stuck in an endless loop of problems!

Adding combo boxes to every listing feels like a whole ordeal. They sit right next to the Supra box, which doesn’t help much. Instead of making things easier, it’s just a source of frustration. Clients look at you like you're struggling. Most of the time, those combo boxes don’t even work. You end up wasting money on services that only add to the headache. Uninstalling and downloading over and over just to try and get the box to function turns into a never-ending cycle. It’s all so unnecessary.

Driving more than an hour to reach a property and finding it inaccessible. That situation feels frustrating. Waiting half an hour for phone support adds to the annoyance. Why make such a change? It should function consistently, no strange workaround needed. It's unacceptable to deal with faulty products while paying full price. Being told a new phone is necessary due to app compatibility issues with the Samsung J series is disheartening. That device isn't even that old.

The red X keeps appearing next to the update option. It's annoying having to redownload the app every time I want to use it. This has been a frustrating experience for the last few weeks. Please fix the issues with Android updates. I spend so much time redownloading this app before every single show.

This new rollout has been a pain. Every time, I have to enter an activation key. Showing property today? Yeah, needed that key again. Couldn't even reach my serial number because all I got was the screen asking for it. I waited on hold for 20 minutes, but no one picked up. Seriously considering another company stepping in and taking over. It's bound to happen.

“Location permission declined” pops up every time I attempt to use the app. I reached out to technical support, but they couldn’t fix it. All my location services are turned on, and permissions are granted! I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Restarted my device too, yet nothing changes. I feel trapped. How can it be legal to push people into using an app that just doesn’t work?

Absolute disaster! This thing hardly works when it wants to. Every time it needs an update, it’s a struggle because the update won’t even go through. I’ve dealt with this at least 15 or 20 times. Don’t bother reaching out to customer service. It’s a nightmare and completely useless. This technology isn’t complicated but somehow they mess up every single time. I can’t wait for my group to ditch this overpriced junk for something that actually functions.
