Ever arrived at a store specifically for a certain product, only to find it's out of stock? With the Super-Pharm app, you can check if a product is available in real-time at your preferred location. You can search for products by typing or quickly scanning the barcode. The results will display what's currently on sale, which products have coupons, and other relevant items based on your search within Super-Pharm's extensive range.

Excuse me, where's the nearest Super-Pharm? Finding a Branch

The app provides details about every Super-Pharm branch, including the address (with navigation options), opening hours, affiliated health funds, brands sold there (like cosmetics), and additional services. By default, it will show the branches closest to you, but you can also filter and find locations by city, health fund, address, or available services and brands.

What are products marked as "external seller"?

Products marked as "External Seller" are products sold and supplied directly by external sellers (hereinafter: "Seller(s)") in coordination with you. Such products may have different shipping costs, terms and delivery times than those applicable to products sold by Super-Pharm on the Site. The seller's details, shipping costs, terms and delivery times are detailed on the product page, on the check-out page and on the purchase invoice. It should be noted that the invoice for the purchase of products marked as "separate supply" is issued to you by the seller and that the credit card company's details page will display the seller's name and not Super-Pharm's. 

Who provides warranty for products from an external seller?

Warranty on products from an external seller is provided by the seller who supplies the product. The seller's details appear on the product page and on the purchase invoice. After purchase, you can check the seller's details, also on your "Order History" page on the website.

I placed an order from an external seller and received a defective product, who do I contact？

In the event of receiving a defective product ordered from an external seller, you must contact the seller who supplied the product. The details of each seller appear on the product page, on the purchase invoice, and also on your "Order History" page on the site. You can also contact   the Super-Pharm call center  in any case where you have not received a satisfactory response from the seller.

Will the product I am interested in be on sale in the near future?

We highly recommend that you check the promotions and coupons page on the site from time to time, in addition to opting in to receive updates on promotions and benefits at the bottom of the site's main page under "Stay Updated." Also, products that are added to the favorites list in the app or on the site (clicking on the heart icon) will allow us to update you when they are on sale.
