The app doesn't work for me either. It's so frustrating. Every time I try to use it, all I see is a blank page. I've tried everything – reinstalling it, changing my password constantly. I give up! I'll just stick to using my computer to access my account. The app is useless to me. I'm deleting it permanently. Time to head to the Verizon store and maybe consider switching to a different phone model, like s8+ or s10+.

Their customer service is excellent. When it comes to their internet connection, it's a mixed bag. The performance can be great or extremely frustrating. Issues occur around twice a week, disrupting connectivity on phones and causing buffering problems. Texting becomes impossible during these outages. Tower maintenance is also a frequent occurrence, impacting service reliability. Despite a good price plan, their overall service leaves much to be desired.

The T-Mobile app is user-friendly and makes it simple to view your bill details, check your usage history, make changes to your plan, purchase phone accessories, and seek assistance with the app or your device.

My review is about T mobile overall. Mobile data is good, but home internet is bad. It doesn't work with multiple devices. Restarting or resetting the router doesn't help. Don't use T-Mobile WiFi for gaming.

T-Mobile app can read your text messages, manage your calls and contacts, listen to your phone conversations, extract data online and offline, and access everything on your phone. It enables them to see and change passwords and accounts as well. If you doubt it, I can send you screenshots from my phone as I just discovered that I've been hacked for the last 2 months, and I am really angry! This is illegal, and the app should be shut down!

I'm happy to have T-Mobile because it's easy to get help and ask questions using the app. I appreciate how T-Mobile is designed for specific phones and how well the Internet works on my UlePhone 16 Pro. The service is reliable wherever I go, except when I'm driving or on a city bus. When I use buses outside the city with their Wi-Fi, it's awesome! No issues with the Internet at all!

I loved this app, but a week ago it stopped working on my Android 7. It showed an error when I opened it, and clicking 'try again' did nothing. However, all my other apps were working fine. But now, as of September 21, 2018, it's back to working perfectly. The customer support through chat is great!

Tmobile has a convenient service with a flat charge of $0.25 per minute for calls made abroad, which is great because you don't have to stress about the cost. However, charging $3 per minute for international calls from the US to Europe is just too expensive! I found out about this high pricing when I was billed over $65 for two quick calls to the Czech Republic in Europe.

Service was terrible, total scam. They promise things that never happen. Just a warning...
