How do I make a payment?

- When you shop with Tabby, your payments are calculated automatically according to the payment schedule displayed during the purchase process. When you successfully complete your purchase through Tabby, payment schedule will automatically immediately display in the Tabby app.

You will then receive an email with the payment schedule to view at any time. We will remind you of upcoming payments.

You can view your Tabby balance, make payments and control your personal account by logging into the Tabby app or website. 

Where can I make a repayment? 

- To make a payment:

1. Log in to your Tabby account 

2. Select My Payments 

3. Select the orders you want to pay 

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment 

What happens when I miss a payment?

- At Tabby, we strive to promote responsible spending habits by carefully evaluating every purchase before approval. We also send regular reminders to ensure you don't miss any payments. It is important to note that if we are unable to collect payment on the scheduled due date, you will not be able to make any further purchases through Tabby until the dues are paid.

In the case of overdue payments, a collection fee will be applicable for customers in the markets of UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.

As for customers in KSA, starting 16 December 2023, there will be no more collection fees imposed on Tabby orders.

How does Tabby+ cashback work?

- Enjoy up to 5%* cashback on purchases made using your Tabby Card in 3 selected categories of your choice. You will get to choose your favourite categories each month.

This cashback will be deposited directly into your Tabby balance once you’ve successfully paid your monthly statement. 

You can use this money to make Tabby payments, or as part of an Amazon Gift Card.
