Taco Bell - Food delivery & rewards

Experiencing issues with the app when ordering from Taco Bell. Orders are frequently incorrect with missing items and no sauces. Complained to customer service and was offered only "1 free item" weeks later. Not satisfied with the resolution and feeling frustrated. Decided not to use the app or visit Taco Bell again.

Using this app is really frustrating. I spent too much time deciding what I wanted, and when I tried to pay, it said they couldn't process my order. It would be better if it showed unavailable items right away. Also, there's no list of unavailable items. And even when I chose something that was available, the payment screen kept giving errors.

Some days the app works well, but other days it's impossible to use. The menu is easy to navigate, but sometimes orders don't go through with no explanation. Fixing the stability would make a big difference for users.

I always get the custom $5 box deal for fast food, it's the best. Ordering online is much better than in person. I love the rewards, especially the free burritos! Usually, picking up at my local store is simple. The only problem is when it says "uh-oh something went wrong" on the payment screen. I think it's because of stored credit cards, but using Google pay always works fine.
