    In the past, the old version allowed users to view the layout of exits at each station, making it easier to understand directions within the station. This feature is no longer available now, which is not convenient for travelers. Hopefully, the previous information can be added back again!

    Providing a station layout map above ground can help you confirm directions. It's also helpful to mark recommended attractions on the map, making it easier for travelers to find the quickest exit. Currently, only listing exits at certain street corners lacks significant reference value and is a bit of a shame. Please consider enhancing it.

    A few days ago, I turned off three settings in the app, including the startup screen, important message notifications, and scrolling marquee information. After that, I kept getting error messages saying the app had stopped working, and I couldn't use it properly anymore. Even after the recent updates, the issue hasn't been fixed.     I tried to find which station and when it would arrive, but couldn't find it. There was no place to input the desired station. I turned on location services, but the result wasn't even close to my actual location. The interface was bizarre; it looked more like a web page than an app. It would have been easier if they just made a website instead. This makes me doubt if the developer of this app has ever used an app before.

    It's been three days and this app suddenly stopped working. Every time I try to open it, a message pops up saying "Taipei metro GO has stopped working." I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times, but it still won't work. It's really disappointing because I used to love using this app.
