Do I need to print my boarding pass TAP Portugal?

Eco-friendly - You don't need to print your boarding pass. Just show it on your smartphone or tablet.

When can I check-in with TAP Air Portugal?

It is available 36 hours before boarding (24 hours in the case of flights to/from the United States) and, to access it, you just need an internet connection.

Why can't I check-in online TAP Portugal?

Online check-in is not available if you are asked to confirm the details credit card that you used in your booking in person at a TAP desk or during check-in. Service available for passengers with a confirmed booking on flights operated by TAP or TAP Express (flights numbered from 1 to 3999).

How early should I arrive at TAP Portugal?

To ensure that your flight leaves on time, all passengers must be at the boarding gate 30 minutes before the departure time. TAP informs its passengers that the waiting time required for documentation control at national airports borders may be longer than 30 minutes.
