★★☆☆☆ Customer care is not good at all. There is no phone number to contact. Only the chat is available and they don't solve your issue. They delivered the wrong medicine and I had to contact multiple times, and it is still not sorted. Update-even after contacting multiple times to the support. My order was not delivered. I had to cancel the order. Refund has not been issued yet. Will update when refund is reflected in my account. Please do cash on delivery for orders on this app. Useless

★★☆☆☆ They are fraudsters who don't deliver products. They are highly incapable bunch of people. I ordered products and made advance payment. But after waiting for 3–4 days, they cancelled order on their own and mentioned that customer has requested for cancellation. When I asked for proof that when did I cancel the order, they had no answer. They had no plans to deliver and cancelled as per their convenience after making me wait for 3–4 days. Big Fraudsters.
