The device is always causing problems, even simple tasks are a struggle. It's really disappointing. And when you reach out for help, they just say the same thing over and over: "it's being worked on." Even a robot knows more responses.

I've been communicating with the help desk via email. They mentioned that when I log in through the website, it works fine and displays the green result. However, there seems to be an issue with the mobile app, especially on my Android device. I have tried following all the instructions, checked off the checklist, changed my password, and even reinstalled the app multiple times. Maybe the app has some design flaws?

It should be more seamless - negative result, green light! Great concept for the app, but execution is key.

The app is really good and keeps improving. It's great that now it can automatically find updates and let you know. You don't have to look for updates yourself. Connecting all the permits to the app was a good idea. Also, adding the feature to identify family members who don't live at home is helpful. It would be useful to think about including workers living with the family but not under their sponsorship, like maids on contract through labor offices.

I keep trying to log in but the app just keeps running and running, then suddenly an error message pops up saying "tawakklna is not responding." However, when I log in with a newer Android phone, it works fine. It seems like the app may not be compatible with older Android versions. I don't want to buy a new phone just for this app.

This app is really awful. It kicks me out every day and doesn't allow tourist logins, so I have to reset my password each time I want to log in. Even then, it often doesn't work. I even had trouble checking into a hotel yesterday because the app was failing, and there were several other people also struggling to check-in due to the same issue.
