TaxiF - Ride hailing service

On 18th April 2024, the reviewer changed their rating from 5 stars to 1 star. They mentioned that in the past month, the cabs they received were not as expected – different models and possibly even different drivers than what was shown on the app. Specifically, they found the Eco+ cabs to be extremely dirty, so much so that it could ruin their clothes. Personal safety and hygiene are important, even if it means paying a higher price. The reviewer is now looking into alternative transportation apps.

Abbas, the driver, was really helpful and accommodating. He went above and beyond to provide great service. The only problem was with the app. When you book a ride, it shows one price but after the ride, you are charged more. That's deceptive. After my first ride, I deleted my account and uninstalled the app. It's not trustworthy. Avoid installing it!

That app is not honest. They say it's the cheapest way to book a taxi, but in reality, you end up paying way more because the drivers deliberately choose longer routes to charge passengers extra. This has happened to me multiple times, yet it seems like nothing is being done about it by the company. And the most frustrating part is that passengers can't even leave reviews on the app to warn others about the drivers' unfair practices.

I can't find customer service phone number or international phone number with available support. Paid for a ride on October 15th, $20. Email said payment was credit for becoming a driver, but I don't have a driver's license. Unable to contact customer service to resolve issue and get refund. Sent multiple emails but no response.

I used this app for a trip and it was a total disaster. I paid more than the trip cost upfront, the driver demanded cash, left me stranded, and the app wouldn't let me remove my card details. The customer service was no help either. Stay away from this app!

The map is not accurate, so drivers end up getting lost. Even if you provide them with an address, they struggle to understand. Some can be impolite. You can't rate your driver like you can on the Uber app. It feels more like ordering a traditional taxi than using a modern e-hailing service.
