Tazz - Food delivery service

This app does its job perfectly! Just so you know, if you're giving it a one-star rating because the delivery wasn't great, remember that you're supposed to rate the app itself. There's a separate section in the app for rating the store's service. People who focus on the wrong things like this probably shouldn't be allowed to rate things.

Don't spend time on this. I ordered McDonald's, it showed 25-40 minutes. Then after paying, it said the driver would pick up in 89 minutes. Customer service said it was already being prepared, so that means it will sit and get cold for 80 minutes. It took 20 minutes for Tazz to cancel the order, with no refund, even the 10 lei for the driver haha. What a ridiculous company. App deleted.

Oh, can you believe it? They canceled my order and didn't even give me a refund! The delivery person missed my house completely, and just stayed at the end of the street for like 15 minutes. I was watching the whole time and they never even came close. They said they called me, but I had my phone in my hand the entire time. I checked with my mobile operator and there's no record of any calls coming through to me.

This app is fantastic! It’s top-tier in every way. The interface is sleek, the user experience is delightful. You can navigate effortlessly and it's a joy to use. Plus, it looks really good too.

So, I ordered some stuff and when I checked, 2 things were not there, even though I had added them before. Good thing, they didn't take the money from my account for those missing items. But I couldn't add them later without paying double for delivery. It was quite a hassle just to get into the app and place the order. I won't use the service again.

The app is full of bugs. You can't contact the delivery guy easily. The GPS database is unreliable, and the interface for entering your address is poorly designed. If you input your address correctly, it's still way off on the map. When you try to select your location on the map, it always shows up across the street in random directions. Sometimes it places the point in front of your building, and other times it puts it on the side. It seems to depend on the program's whim.

The app should have an English language option like Glovo. This means translating menus, products, and everything else in the app. It would be very useful. Thanks for the response!

So, here are a few situations that happened. Firstly, I was looking for a restaurant just three minutes ago and decided not to order anything. But then I had a change of heart and wanted to place an order. However, when I went back to the app, the restaurant had vanished from the list. Next, my current location is incorrect on the app, and it has been showing the wrong location ever since I started using it. Another issue is that the app always shows a delivery time of two hours, which can be quite frustrating if you're in a hurry. And lastly, the first time I attempted to remove my payment method, a pop-up message appeared instructing me to swipe left or right to delete it. Fast forward two to three months without using the app, and I completely forgot how to do it.

This app is great by itself, but its usefulness in the real world really depends on the people running it. Unfortunately, their service isn't that great when conditions aren't perfect. Sometimes, an order placed nearby can take more than 2 hours to be delivered. To make matters worse, when this happens, customer service might only offer 3 Euros as compensation without properly addressing the issue. I'm okay with delays as long as they are communicated upfront and clearly visible.

It's really frustrating to try and make an order. No matter how you try to pay, it just won't go through. It would be great if there was an option to pay with cash or not have to use a card for fees, especially when you have a voucher. It's been months and there's been no improvement in this. You have to input a new payment method every time, even if it's already saved.
