    The app is really handy and quick. However, the downside is that you can't send SWIFT directly through it; you have to go to a branch for that.

    Oh, this bank is just the absolute worst! Their SMS notifications are a complete mess. I can't believe how useless they are - I can't even make any transfers because I never receive the OTP SMS. If they can't get their act together and make it work properly, they should at least give us the option to turn it off!

    At first, I gave the app a 4-star rating for its good visuals and basic functions. But later, I realized it's actually a terrible app. Here's why: 1) The transactions on the card show up with a significant delay, making it hard to track your operations accurately. 2) Almost all financial transactions are painfully slow, which is frustrating when you need access to your money promptly. 3) The status bar provided by the bank isn't very helpful - it just says "in progress" when receiving money, without any clear indication of when the funds will be available. It could be anywhere from 5 minutes to a week, and there's no additional information given.
