From other sales channels (internet, mobile, call center, etc.), tickets can be purchased up to 15 minutes before the train's departure from the departure station.

Validity of Tickets on YHT, Mainline Trains

Tickets on YHT and mainline trains are valid based on the date, route, wagon, and seat number they were purchased for. They cannot be used on another date or route.

Tickets sold for unnumbered wagons on mainline trains are valid for the date and route stated on the ticket. The passenger just needs to prove their ticket during inspections.

Validity of Regional Train Tickets

Regional train tickets are valid based on the region, time, day, and specific route/routes related to the journey distance.

Physical ticket presentation is mandatory for regional train journeys.

Passengers cannot claim any rights for regional train tickets that are not used within the validity period.

If a regional train ticket is one-way, it is valid for the day it was sold, and if it is a return ticket, the outbound journey is valid for the day it was sold, including the return the next day.
