The Teachers2Parents App consolidates all communications from your child's school that are sent through Teachers2Parents and SchoolMoney into a user-friendly application.
If your school utilizes our Teachers2Parents and/or SchoolMoney services, you will be able to:
• Connect with all your schools, nurseries, and clubs that participate in Teachers2Parents and/or SchoolMoney.
• Obtain a quick summary of pending payments, alerts, recent messages, and other updates on the home screen.
If your school employs the Teachers2Parents messaging service, the app allows you to:
• Access all your messages from the school within the message feed.
• Keep track of term dates easily in the Term Calendar section.
• Stay informed about the latest news and events through the Noticeboard.
If your school uses the SchoolMoney platform for managing parent payments digitally, you can:
• Pay for meals, excursions, clubs, and more.
• Recharge your balance for clubs and meals.
• Handle parental consent for excursions and additional activities.
• Buy items available in the shop.
• Choose meal preferences for your children's lunches.
• Review your transaction history, bookings, and meal selections.
To access the Teachers2Parents App, it is necessary for your child's school to be using the Teachers2Parents or SchoolMoney system, and your phone number must be registered with one of these services, a process managed exclusively by the school. For further assistance, please reach out directly to the school.
Details regarding dinner balances, shop purchases, payments, Noticeboard updates, term dates, and message contents are handled by the school; any issues or questions regarding these should be directed to them.
Certain features within the app depend on the specific school and the types of subscriptions they have acquired for SchoolMoney or Teachers2Parents.
Teachers2Parents: What if I need parents to reply to my messages?
T2P gives the option for parents to reply to both text and emails. This may help you stay on top of communication during the coming weeks. To enable replies, please follow the steps below:
Enable Replies for Text
In Teachers2Parents, click the Admin icon in the top right-hand corner
Select the Options tab,
Tick Allow parents to reply to SMS in the Text section
You will then see a field called ‘Parents Text Replies are Emailed to’ – here, enter the email address to which you’d like replies to be sent
Enable Replies for Email
In Teachers2Parents, click the Admin icon in the top right-hand corner
Select the Options tab,
Click Yes for Allow Replies in the Email section – here, enter the email address to which you’d like replies to be sent
When a parent replies to an email or text, their reply will automatically be sent to the email address you specified.
Teachers2Parents: I cannot log into Teachers2Parents. What do I do?
If you’re unable to log in and can’t remember your username or password, please don’t panic!
Firstly you should speak to any of your colleagues who share the same user login as yourself as they may know the username & password you need to log in.
If your colleagues don’t know the username & password, or you don’t share your user login with anyone, speak to a colleague who has Admin access. That colleague will be able to give you your username and/or reset your password for you. They can do this by following the steps below:
In Teachers2Parents, click the Admin icon in the top right-hand corner
Select the Users tab
Look for your username in the list and double-click it
Delete what is currently in the password field and type in a new one (the new password will need to be at least 6 characters long & include at least 2 numbers)
You will now be able to log into T2P with your username and new password
We recommend only contacting our support team after exhausting the above options as there will understandably be a delay in our response due to the volume of support cases we are currently experiencing.
